ThinkPad T520 Laptop

With the release of the Lenovo ThinkPad T520 in March of 2011, one can expect a vast improvement over the previous T510 model. Utilizing Intel's 2nd Generation Sand Bridge processors, it is expected that there will be up to 20% increase in performance and prolonged battery life.

The ThinkPad T520 is fueled by a choice of five processors, from Intel Core i3-2350M to the high-ended Intel Core i7-2640M Processor (2.80GHz, 4MB L3 with Turbo Boost Technology) and has available RAM of 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB DDR3-SDRAM-1333 making it a highly-efficient mobile computing device. You can also choose to have the Lenovo RapidDrive SSD Technology for faster boot times and more efficient application performance.

But wait, note that the Lenovo ThinkPad T520 sports a 15.6-inch LED Backlit Anti-glare Display in three different resolutions: HD (1366 x 768), HD+ (1600 x 900), and FHD (1920 x 1080) that is supported by the onboard Intel HD Graphics 3000 video card. What's more is that you can choose to have the 720p HD Webcam for those conference calls that you have to make while out of the office.

Lenovo's ThinkPad T520 comes with a standard 320GB (5400rpm) Hard Disk Drive; but you may also choose a 500GB (7200rpm) Hard Disk Drive, 128GB Solid State Drive, or Intel 160GB Solid State Drive. This laptop comes with a DVD recordable multiburner in the package. Lenovo recommends the use of Genuine Windows 7 Professional 64.
